  • Phil is a Chiropractor and Founder of Triggr Chiropractic & Performance. Having completed his Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University and has also been an experienced personal trainer for the past 8 years. Phil is from the small coastal town of Batemans Bay and has been involved in a range of sports as a youth - soccer, rugby league, union, tennis and strength training. Phil has been able to combine his love for treatment, movement and education and incorporate it into his own treatment style.

    Phil’s treatment focus is using an evidence informed multimodal approach to getting you pain free and building your overall capacity with a combination of manual therapy, movement and rehabilitation, whilst achieving goals along the way.

    Outside the treatment room, Phil enjoys strength training, Brazilian Jujitsu, Golf and spending time with his mates.

Ane Skaeret

  • Ane is a Chiropractor with a strong foundation in both physical and mental health. She holds a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University in Sydney, following the completion of her Bachelors degree in Psychology at NTNU in Trondheim, Norway.

    With a lifelong passion for sport, Ane currently plays European Handball at a national level and has competed internationally across Europe, Asia, and Australia. Her experience as a high-level athlete has given her a deep understanding of the physical demands placed on the body, and how to support it through recovery and long-term resilience.

    Ane’s goal is to optimise the function of your nervous system, giving you the strongest possible foundation to move well, feel better, and achieve your personal goals. Her treatment approach combines hands-on techniques, tailored movement strategies, rehabilitation, and dry needling to support sustainable progress.

    Away from the clinic, you will find Ane at her local coffee shop enjoying an almond flat white and a sweet treat. When not indulging, she is in the kitchen trying out new recipes or unwinding on the couch with a good book or TV series.
